Massage was meant for me; I absolutely love what I do!  It is my pleasure to share that love and well-being in every massage I give. 

Life got in the way of my many attempts towards a healthcare career until I was 40.  That is when I finally got the chance to attend Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, WA.  I graduated top of my class, at one of the best massage schools in the country. 

Their clinic and extra classroom hours gave me experience with injury treatment, spa/relaxation treatments and chronic pain relief that is unbeatable.  I became adept at myofascial release, trigger point and deep tissue work.  Their extensive spa and swedish classes helped me incorporate relaxation and aromatherapy to make ever massage metamorphic to your muscles and mind. 

In my younger years I obtained a BS in Biology and Psychology from Bastyr University in Binghamton, NY.  This and my many years in the food service industry have made me a great listener, making it easy to customize your massage to your needs and desires. 

All that schooling has helped me have a successful massage career.  I worked as an employee at Absolute Relaxation and All Ways Chiropractic after completing school and getting licensed.  Now, I am excited to invite you to come experience one of my custom-tailored massages at my own business.  I started out on my own in 2017.  It has been my joy to run a small business that strives to help people live a healthier more relaxed daily life.  Although I am small in stature, I have filled my life with physical work and my muscles are mighty.  Those that prefer the deepest of massages will be happily surprised at the force I can use when necessary.  

I have been a member of AMTA since 2015.  And have been licensed as massage therapist from the State of Washington since 2016.
